Post-Grad Marriage and Family Therapist

Taking the first step towards therapy takes a lot of courage. That’s why I believe that if
you make it into my office you already have what it takes to heal, you just need someone to
walk alongside you while you do it!

Having earned my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Wheaton College, I
believe there are many factors that lead to us feeling stuck in our relationships. I believe that
healing only happens in the context of safe relationships. My goal is to create an environment
where you feel safe enough to honor me with your story. Together we will journey through your
story, the messy parts and the beautiful ones, the past, the present and the future and I will be
right there beside you. Often our stories have been written for us by our family, our friends and
society and I want to equip you to see the stories that have been written for you and empower
you to rewrite them for yourself.

My experience lies with clients with ADHD and Autism struggling to function in a world
built for the neurotypical brain. I have also worked with many couples struggling with
communication issues and those just seeking to improve their relationship. We all struggle, but
we don’t have to struggle alone.
